Abstract
Okullarda işleyişin ve kontrolün doğru ve sistematik bir şekilde süreklilik sağlaması yönünden okul yöneticilerine önemli görevler ve sorumluluklar düşmektedir. Yönetim anlayışı ve yönetim anlayışına yönelik sistemin doğru ve gelişim gösterir bir şekilde devam etmesi, eğitim öğretim süreci açısından vizyoner bir okul yönetimi gerekliliği ön şarttır. Burada özellikle liyakate uygun bir şekilde kayırmacılığın olmadığı bir görevlendirme sisteminin söz konusu olması ve uygulamanın bu şekilde meydana gelmesi beklenmektedir. Bu araştırmada okul yöneticilerinin atanma süreçlerine ilişkin olarak hem öğretmenlerin hem de okul yöneticilerinin görüşleri değerlendirilecek ve bu alanda literatüre katkı sağlayacaktır.

Abstract
School administrators have important duties and responsibilities in ensuring the continuity of operation and control in schools in a correct and systematic manner. The necessity of a visionary school management in terms of the education and training process is a prerequisite for the management approach and the system for the management approach to continue in a correct and developing way. Here, it is expected that there will be an appointment system in line with merit, without favoritism, and that the implementation will occur in this way. In this research, the opinions of both teachers and school administrators regarding the appointment processes of school administrators will be evaluated and will contribute to the literature in this field.
