Abstract
Aidiyet, içerisinde yoğun anlamlar barındıran ve bulunulan yerle olan bağları ifade eden bir kavram olmasının yanında; bireyin kendisini bulunduğu yerle bir görme, oranın ayrılmaz bir parçası olarak görme olarak bilinmektedir. Toplumsal aidiyet ise bireylerin toplumlarla olan ilişkisini ve bağını içermektedir. Bireylerin toplumlarına ve kurumlarına olan güvenleri, geleceklerine ilişkin olumlu bakış açıları, yaşadıkları yerin kendisini gerçekleştirebilmesine olanak sağlayacağına olan inancı toplumsal aidiyetlerini pekiştiren ve destekleyen durumlardır. Aidiyet alanları içerisinde bireyler kimliklerini ve kişiliklerini şekillendirmektedirler. Kişilik ve kimlik, bireylerin kendisini bir diğerinden ayıran kendilerine özgü özelliklerini içermekle birlikte zamanla bireylerin başkalarıyla ortak paydada buluştukları özellikler neticesinde oluşmaktadır. Günlük hayatta bireylerin kim olduklarına ve nereli oldukları sorularına verdikleri cevaplar, kimlik ve aidiyet özelliklerini içermektedir. Özellikle gençlik dönemi, bu sorulara cevapların arandığı, sorgulamaların ve karmaşaların olduğu sancılı bir dönem olarak bilinmektedir. Günümüzde gençlerin kişisel sorunlarına ek olarak toplumsal anlamda da pek çok sorunları bulunmaktadır. Bu açıdan bu dönemin görünmeyen yüzünü ve ortaya çıkabilecek başka sorunları da ele almak önemli görülmektedir. Bu dönemdeki aidiyet krizlerinin ve kimlik krizlerinin sağlıklı bir şekilde atlatılmaması, gençlerin hayatlarında kalıcı izler bırakmakla birlikte yaşadıkları toplumdan da uzaklaşmalarına sebep olabilmektedir. Bu açıdan bakıldığında makalenin amacı, toplumların gelecekleri ve devamlılığı için önemli olan gençlerin, sağlıklı kişilik, kimlik ve aidiyet alanları inşa edebilmeleri için gerekli olan koşulları ortaya koymak, bunun sağlanamaması halinde toplumda ne tür sorunların yaşanabileceği ile ilgili bir bakış açısı oluşturmaktır. Dolayısıyla bu makalede konunun sosyolojik arka planını ortaya koymak önemli görülmüştür. Mutsuz gençler mutsuz toplumlar doğurmaktadır. Bu sebeple bir yandan gençlerin toplum için önemini ortaya koymak, aidiyetsizliğin yol açabileceği toplumsal sorunları ele almak, diğer yandan da aidiyet bağlarını güçlendirebilecek konuları ele almak önem arz etmektedir. Tüm bunlardan dolayı çalışmada öncelikle konunun teorik çerçevesi ortaya konulduktan sonra alandan elde edilen bilgiler sosyolojik bir bakış açısı ile değerlendirilmeye çalışılacaktır

Abstract
Belonging is a concept that contains intense meanings and expresses the ties with the place where one is located; it is known as the state of seeing oneself as one with the place where one is located and seeing oneself as an integral part of that place. Social belonging, on the other hand, includes the relationship and bond of individuals with societies. Individuals' trust in their societies and institutions, their positive perspectives on their future, and their belief that the place where they live will enable them to realise themselves are situations that reinforce and support their social belonging. Individuals shape their identities and personalities within the areas of belonging. Although personality and identity include the unique characteristics of individuals that distinguish them from one another, they are formed over time as a result of the characteristics that individuals meet in common with others. In daily life, individuals' answers to the questions of who they are and where they are from include identity and belonging characteristics. Especially the youth period is known as a painful period in which answers to these questions are sought, questioning and confusion. Today, young people have many social problems in addition to their personal problems. In this respect, it is important to address the invisible face of this period and other problems that may arise. Failure to overcome the crises of belonging and identity crises in this period in a healthy way may leave permanent traces in the lives of young people and cause them to move away from the society they live in. From this point of view, the aim of the article is to reveal the conditions necessary for young people, who are important for the future and continuity of societies, to build healthy personality, identity and belonging areas, and to create a perspective on what kind of problems may occur in society if this is not achieved. Therefore, it is considered important to present the sociological background of the subject in this article. Unhappy youth give birth to unhappy societies. For this reason, on the one hand, it is important to reveal the importance of young people for society, to address the social problems that may be caused by lack of belonging, and on the other hand, to address issues that can strengthen the bonds of belonging. For all these reasons, in this study, firstly the theoretical framework of the subject will be put forward and then the information obtained from the field will be evaluated from a sociological point of view.
